ICS 2016 | Madrid, 22nd & 23rd November
Nevertheless our cruise industry continues to face “new” and “old” challenges such as regulatory, safety and security, port and destination development and others. On the other hand the industry is going through a rapid change in terms of passenger demographic, new ways and channels of marketing and sales and new deployment opportunities. Over the years the INTERNATIONAL CRUISE SUMMIT has become the key event to tackle all these matters in detail, share worldwide global knowledge and discuss the present and future of this business.
International Cruise Summit 2016
This is the only forum of global knowledge about the worldwide cruise industry to be held in Spain on annual basis. We are witnessing a significant increase in the cruise business at international level, and every year the industry demonstrates that it is one of the driving forces of the global tourism industry.
The ICS is a truly international event that attracts an average of 300 Spanish and international delegates every year. Since its inception in 2011 the event has been growing into one of the most recognized in the industry for addressing vital topics while discussing solutions to common challenges affecting our industry.
In the last five editions, the INTERNATIONAL CRUISE SUMMIT became the leading international event to promote the role of Europe and Spain in the cruise industry. The 2015 edition was attended by over 300 delegates representing public administrations, destinations, associations of the industry, ports, cruise companies, tourism services, shipping agents, tour operators, travel agents, suppliers and cruise lines.
