With a passion for luxury travel, gastronomy, and authentic cultural discovery, Andrea Ferla serves as Manager, Global S.A.L.T. Destination Experiences & Special Projects at Silversea. In this role, he develops bespoke experiences for the award-winning S.A.L.T. (Sea And Land Taste) program and leads special projects centered on iconic events, including the Monaco Grand Prix and the Venice Carnival.

His work focuses on creating immersive shore experiences, multi-day land programs, and exclusive cultural and culinary events that connect guests with the people, traditions, and flavors that define each destination.
Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality, travel, and cruise industries. Prior to his current role, he spent six years managing Destination Experiences at Silversea. His background also includes extensive experience in luxury hospitality across Paris and Monte Carlo, as well as several years at sea with Costa Cruises as a Shore Excursion Manager.
