Justin is a seasoned planner and industry leader with over 20 years of experience in the cruise, expedition and maritime industries.

Currently serving as Head of Itinerary Planning, Shore Experiences & Ground Handling at Explora Journeys, Justin has held Itinerary Planning and Revenue Management roles at both Holland America and Silversea.

Additionally, Justin has spent time in port management as Vice President and Executive Director at NYCEDC, overseeing a waterfront asset portfolio that included the Manhattan and Brooklyn cruise terminals.

Justin received a BSc in Marine Transportation from the California Maritime Academy, and holds an Unlimited OICNW license from the USCG.  Additionally, Justin received an Executive MBA from Politecnico di Milano, specializing in international business and innovation.
