Based in Suffolk, UK, Samantha leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines' fleet of three smaller ships, their crew and Fred. Olsen’s shore-based teams. With a strong commercial background and deep understanding of guest behaviour, she is recognised for driving sustainable growth while keeping guests at the heart of every decision.
