Virginia Quintairos is the Managing Director of Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, leading the business in delivering exceptional service and value to cruise lines and their guests in destinations worldwide, and driving forward Intercruises´ market leadership position as a trusted global partner to the cruise industry.

Virginia assumes the Managing Director position after more than 20 years with the business. During this time, Virginia has held key leadership positions across operations, commercial and strategic functions, overseeing periods of sustained growth and working alongside cruise partners to overcome market challenges and champion industry innovation.

This includes key partnerships focusing on product development, such as the collaboration with National Geographic Expeditions, and developing projects on the latest ground handling technology, including platforms for transportation scheduling, sustainability management and shore excursion distribution.

In addition, she also led Intercruises operations for the Mediterranean region, leading a team handling thousands of port calls every year, to support millions of cruise guests during turnarounds and shore excursions.
